Scope and Intent
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Thíanoré website.
Return Window
Customers in the United States have the right to return products within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return Instructions
To start your return, email us at support@thianore.com with your order details. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions for sending back your items.
Please note: Items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Packaging and Shipping
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
Include any required return authorization forms or documentation as provided in your return approval email.
Affix the prepaid return label and drop the package at the designated shipping provider.
Return Costs
If the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping is free.
If the return is due to customer remorse or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Specific Return and Refund Conditions
Change of Mind: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Defective Goods: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide photos of the defect. We will offer a replacement or refund.
Damaged Goods: Report damages within 48 hours with supporting photos. If approved, we will cover return costs.
Incorrect Product: Notify us if you receive the wrong item. We will arrange for the correct item and cover return costs.
Product Never Arrived: Contact us so we can investigate with the courier. If unresolved, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If already shipped, follow the return procedure.
Damaged or Defective Goods

Non-Damaged Goods
Products returned due to a change of mind must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
